If you have a username and password for electronically campaign finance reports through Leaders Online, you can use that same username and password to log in to this system. If you need a username or password, please submit an
Electronic Filing Affidavit
to our office.
If you have already filled in your Personal Financial Disclosure Statement and would like to upload the scanned document, please use the
