This upload page is intended to be used as an alternative to faxing campaign finance reports to the Ethics Administration. If you are required to electronically file your report (such as a DISTRICT or MAJOR level candidate), you should not use this page. Electronic filing must occur using an approved e-filing method such as Leaders Online.
