Why is my name not listed?
 
  • Maybe you have not taken your training for the calendar year. Training is required each calendar year if you are a public servant in the State of Louisiana.
  • Maybe the staff of the Board of Ethics misspelled it or your writing was illegible by the staff of the Board when entering your attendance. Try a variation (E.g. If your name is “Tobias Funke” maybe try searching for “To Fu”)
 		 
How can I receive a copy of my certificate?
 
  • If you are able to find your training record above, click on the “Download Certificate” button and enter your date of birth (or personnel number if training was completed through LEO) in order to download a copy of your certificate. If you attended a live training seminar, then please keep in mind that it may take up to sixty (60) days for your attendance to appear on this list.
  • If you took your training online and need a certificate, please Log-in here to download your certificate.
  • If you took your training by a certified trainer or a liaison with the Board of Ethics, please contact your agency’s liaison or the person who conducted the training.
  • If you are unable to receive a copy of your certificate using any of the methods above, please contact our office.
